Our founder
Meet Casey Delaronde.
Casey founded Concord Growth Systems to bring practical business thinking and emerging technology together. He is interested in how people, information and processes interact—and in finding thoughtful ways to make those relationships work better.
We aim to understand a business before recommending a tool. A good system should reduce friction, support the people using it and remain useful as the organization grows.
What informs our work
Growth with care

Casey’s Christian faith, Métis family heritage, and family connections to Treaties 2 and 6 inform his approach to service, relationships and stewardship. Care for people, communities and the land shapes how he thinks about decisions and long-term growth.
These are personal foundations for his work. Concord Growth Systems does not represent an Indigenous government or speak on behalf of a community. We work with businesses wherever there is a good fit.
